This website is to inform people in our community about ways they can contribute to make Lapeer Michigan great. We host four incredible fundraising events every year:
· Optimist Vegas Night in March
· The Optimist Henley Open in May
· Optimist Beer Tent, Chicken BBQ, Vegas Tent, Texas Holdem and Cornhole Tournament at Lapeer Days Festival in August
· Nightmare on Nepessing Street Costume Party in October
100% of the money raised from these events is used to directly benefit Lapeer youth. Our events are fun, lively, and social. We encourage everyone to attend and donate to a local charity that has proven they care about the children of Lapeer.
